We start with a mapping session. Then we design the container — duration, cadence, focus, what we're actually building together. The work draws on the same functional medicine and IFS Foundations for Coaches™ coaching framework. The structure is ours to create.

A 90-minute initial session to map your situation, your biology, your parts, and your goals. This is the session where we decide what we're actually building and how.

A custom protocol — training, nutrition framework, functional medicine lens, IFS parts work — built entirely around your starting point and your specific goals.

Flexible session cadence

Weekly, bi-weekly, or as-needed — the rhythm we set in the mapping session. You're not paying for unused sessions or waiting through mandatory gaps.

Lab ordering guidance, body composition tracking, and protocol design grounded in functional medicine principles — adapted to your specific data and health history.
