The Foundation
I spent years as an imaging aide — present for scans, results, prognoses, the quiet moments people found out what was happening inside their bodies. I was in the room for thousands of patient conversations before I ever called myself a coach.
I watched brilliant treatment plans handed to people who never followed through. I watched others with worse odds get well. The difference was almost never the medicine. The difference was what was happening inside the person — what they believed they deserved, what a part of them was quietly protecting, whether anyone had ever helped them meet those parts with anything other than willpower.
That is the work I do now. Functional medicine for the body. IFS for the parts running it. I don't try to outrun a story — I help people grow from it.
The steadiness of being grounded. The aliveness of being fully present. Neither exists without the other. An anchor without vitality is only weight. Vitality without an anchor is only noise.
This space was built for people who have known both — who have felt the heaviness of a past they never chose, and who still carry a quiet, persistent desire to bloom. That desire is not naïve. It is the most honest thing about you.
