Application

Begin with a conversation,
not a commitment.

This application takes about five minutes. It isn't a sales form — it's how we both find out whether this work is the right fit for where you are. No payment, no obligation, no pressure.

Five minutes. Honest answers matter more than polished ones.

I read every application myself — no assistants, no automation.

30-minute fit call

If it looks like a match, we talk. You ask anything. So do I.

We decide together

If it's a fit, you get a clear start plan. If not, I'll point you somewhere better.

Your application

Answer as honestly as you can — this is the start of the coaching, not a test to pass.

Submitting doesn't commit you to anything. Your answers stay between us, and you'll hear back from me — personally — within 48 hours.

Before you apply

Does applying commit me to anything?

No. The application and fit call are free and carry no obligation. Nothing is purchased or scheduled until we've both decided it's a fit.

What if I've failed every program I've tried?

Then you're exactly who this work is built for. Repeated "failure" usually means a part of you has been protecting you from something — and no meal plan addresses that. We work on the protection, not just the plan.

I'm on a GLP-1 medication. Is that a problem?

Not at all — supporting GLP-1 users is one of my specialties. I don't prescribe or adjust medication, but coaching around muscle preservation, nutrition, and what happens after the prescription is core to what I do.

What happens on the fit call?

Thirty minutes on video. We go through your application together, I explain exactly how the work would look for your situation, and you ask anything you want. If either of us doesn't feel it's right, we say so — and I'll point you toward a better option.

What if I'm not sure which program fits me?

Choose "Not sure yet" on the form. Matching you to the right container — or telling you honestly that none of them fit — is part of the review.
